Helen Mae Deshong

Helen Deshong, 96, died peacefully on July 17, 2014 with family members by her side. She was born in Lancaster, PA, the daughter of Robert and Susan Detwiler. She graduated from the Christiana, PA high school and was a member of the Cedar Grove Presbyterian Church.

She was predeceased by her husband Clayton Deshong and daughter Dianne.

Surviving are Children: John, Theodore, Ronald, Beverly Hibshman, Joyce Eberly, and Carol Riehl; and numerous Grandchildren.

A celebration of Helen’s life will be held at the Cedar Grove Presbyterian Church, East Earl, PA, on Tuesday, July 22, at 10:00 A.M. Viewing at the church from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service.

Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cedar Grove Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund.
