Helen G. Kaucher, 93, of Terre Hill passed away on May 24, 2026. She was the beloved wife of David J. Kaucher, and would have celebrated 70 years of marriage in June.

Mother to David R Kaucher (Nancy), Gina Hardy (Mike), Ruth Swartz (Jeff), and Deborah Heyder (Mark). Proud grandmother of 7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

Remembered by her family for her strong faith, exceptional cooking, love of flowers, playing games, puzzles, and her laugh.

Helen’s first position working was in Reading as a live-in housekeeper and nanny to Gene and Ellen Balis. She was one of the first women to drive school bus for ELCO School District, and did so for 10 years. Later she worked at Walter Moyer Factory in Ephrata.

Siblings Esther Hodgkins, John Good, Robert Good, Frieda Reiter, Richard Good, and Patricia Good. She was preceded in death by parents John and Anna Good – Siblings Alvin Good, Mildred Forney, Anna Mae Fleming, and Joyce Good.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Blue Ball Church of the Brethren Church Cemetery, 1005 E Main Street, Blue Ball PA 17506. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 AM in the church.
