Helen M. Miller

Helen M. Miller, 88, of Gordonville, died Friday, September 5, 2014, at Hospice & Community Care in Mt. Joy.

Born in Fairchance, PA, she was the daughter of the late George and Mattie (Browning) Hartman. She was married 61 years on April 25 to Charles R. Miller.

Helen was employed by the former Victor F. Weaver Inc. as a production line worker and was also a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. She loved NASCAR racing, the mountains, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two children: Kenneth Miller, married to Evelyn, of Lancaster; and Charles Miller, married to Melody, of Lancaster; three grandchildren: Kristine Miller, Kristopher Miller, husband of Stephanie, and Alicia Miller; and one great-grandchild, Breana Miller.

Preceding her in death were her parents, two brothers, and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 10 at 10:30 AM at Beck Funeral Home, 315 E. Main St., New Holland. Interment will be in St. Mark’s Episcopal Church Cemetery, 1040 Chestnut Tree Road, Honey Brook, PA. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 10 at Beck Funeral Home from 9:00-10:30 AM.
