Helen Elizabeth Weiler

Helen E. Weiler, 77, formerly of New Holland, died on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Ceneter in Reading.

She was the wife of the late George Ken Weiler who died in 1994. Born in Ephrata, she was the daughter of the late Abram, Sr. and Mary Crills Brubaker.

Helen had worked in the catering industry for many years. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and animals.

Surviving are four daughter, Amber J. wife of Michael Vandegriff of Bernville, Sheila J. Perry wife of Almir Cokrlija of Neffsville, Glenda J. Scotten of Leola, and Darla J. Weiler of Columbia; a son, Kenneth D. Bridgman of Las Vegas; six grandchildren; five sisters, Grace wife of Carl Nolt of New Holland, Mildred Dyer of Lancaster, Dorothy Imler, Ruth wife of Bill Prime and Margaret Queen all of CA; and two brothers, Clyde husband of Ann Brubaker, New Holland, and Abram, Jr. husband of Minerva Brubaker of New Holland.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, March 12, at 11:30 A.M. at the Evangelical United Methodist Cemetery, 276 W. Main St., New Holland, PA with the Rev. Deane Boyd officiating. A Viewing will be held at the Beck Funeral Home, 315 E. Main St., New Holland, on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Humane League of Lancaster County, 2195 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602.
