Herbert Schuett, 71, of Ephrata, passed away at home on Sunday, June 21, 2026.

He was married 47 years to Nancy Weidensaul Schuett. Born in Stuttgart, Germany, he was the son of the late David and Annetta Mogck Schuett.

Herbert had worked as a machinist most of his life. He was a member of the German Church of God and enjoyed woodworking and working on cars and trucks.

Surviving besides his wife are three siblings, Elsie Schuett, David Schuett and Ellie Kelm.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Martindale Mennonite Fellowship Center, 352 Martindale Road, Ephrata, PA on Tuesday, July 7, at 3:30 PM. A time of visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until the time of the service.
