Irvin Pekofsky

Irvin Pekofsky, 78, of 112 E. Main St., New Holland died Monday at Hospice & Community Care – Mt. Joy. His wife of 51 years, Helen E. (Rotzinger), survives.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Phil and Jean (Seidenstein) Pekofsky.

He was employed as a stock man for Whitman’s Chocolates.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children: Cathy married to Rocco S. Ferrara, W. Deptford, NJ and Steven Pekofsky, New Holland; two grandchildren: Joey married to Megan Ferrara and Lisa Ferrara; a great-grandson Douglas Ferrara and a brother Leonard Pekofsky, Downingtown.
