Ismael Burgos

Ismael Burgos, 95, of Ephrata, passed away at home on Monday, September 14, 2026.

He was the husband of Eugenia Colon Maldonado Burgos. Born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Juan L. and Carmen Figueroa Burgos.

Ismael retired from CNH where he had been employed for many years. He was happiest when he was spending time with his family.

Surviving besides his wife are five children, Judy wife of Carmelo Abreu of Reinholds, Lydia Burgos, Jamie Burgos and Ali Johnson all of Ephrata, and Carmen wife of Terry Harnish of New Holland; seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; and a sister, Naina Burgos of Puerto Rico. He was preceded in death by seven siblings.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 21st, at 2:00 P.M. at the Beck Funeral Home, 315 E. Main St., New Holland, PA. Interment in Petra Memorial Park.
