Janet M. Englerth

Janet M. Englerth, 80, formerly of Overly’s Grove Road, New Holland, died Thursday, March 6, 2014, at ManorCare, Lancaster. She was preceded in death by her husband Caldwell R. “Buzz” Englerth in 2009.

Born in East Earl Twp., she was the daughter of the late Earl C. and Kathryn (Sandoe) Boley.

Janet had worked at the Frank Ix and Sons, and the former Victor F. Weaver, Inc., both in New Holland. She enjoyed playing Bingo, fishing, gardening and canning. Spending time with her grandchildren was also a highlight of her life.

Surviving is her daughter, Sherrie, married to Jim Diem, East Earl, and sons, Kenneth married to Sherree Boley, and Steve married to Jen Boley, both of Denver, six grandchildren, Melissa, Matthew, Jamie, Adam, Annie and Austin, eight great grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters, Elsie Heck, New Holland, Edith Blessing, Denver, Charlotte married to Ralph Samuels, Blue Ball, Laura married to Ben Gunzenhouser, Ephrata, and Susie Welsh, New Holland, and a brother Raymond married to Janet Boley, Narvon.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 10 a.m. at the Beck Funeral Home, 315 East Main St., New Holland with the Rev. David Dennis officiating. Interment will be in the Bridgeville Cemetery. Viewing will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday from 6 – 8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9-10 a.m. Condolences may be submitted to our website at www.beckfuneral.com
