Jean Reisinger

Jean Reisinger, 90, of 106 Black Creek Rd., East Earl, died Sunday, January 24, 2106 at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center. She was precede in death by her husbands, Walter E. Kiefer in 1955 and William E. Reisinger in 1985.

Born in Bowmansville, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Alice (Brendle) Witwer.

She was a homemaker and a member of St. John Center Lutheran Church. She enjoyed being active with gardening and flowers.

Surviving are two sons: J. Michael married to Flora Kiefer and Phil Kiefer, all of East Earl; two grandchildren: Crystal Frank and Shane Kiefer; five great grandchildren; and a brother, Charles Witwer, Narvon.

She was preceded in death by a brother, William Witwer.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2014 at 11a.m. at St. John Center Lutheran Church, 599 Reading Rd., East Earl with Pastor Sandra Gideon officiating. Interment will be in Bowmansville Union Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church on Thursday from 10-11a.m. The Eckenroth Home for Funerals, Terre Hill is in charge of arrangements.
