Jodie E. Hamrick

Jodie Edward Hamrick of Yoe, PA passed away unexpectedly on February 22, 2017. He is survived by his mother, Gertrude "Trudie" Hamrick, and his four children Jodie Christopher, Amber, Sean and Davis Hamrick. He was a loving grandfather to 7 grandkids Eva, Ansley, Tristan, Brynn, Rylee, Jodie Oliver, and Lily.

He retired after many years of service to the Johnson & Johnson Corporation, working as an IT Specialist and supervisor.

He loved his children and his grandchildren with all of his heart and soul. He was a devoted son to his mother who he had been caring for. He was a sponsor, mentor and friend to many more. He loved history and music and he shared his endless knowledge of both with those close to him. He took many trips to Gettysburg and was intrigued by Naval history as his late father, Jodie Hamrick Jr, was a well respected Chief Petty Officer (Retired) in the Navy. Our hearts are heavy but they are also full.

He has brought so much love and laughter to us these past few years and we are forever grateful for the time we were able to spend with him. We miss him and we will miss him every day. We are thankful for all the laughs and we will be sure to make sure his memory lives on.
