Jordan James Cook, 40, of Leola, PA, passed away on June 9, 2025, at home. Jordan was born in DuBois, PA, to his parents, Stephen James Cook and Chrisanne Ishino.
Jordan was a strong and intelligent man, who possessed an immense work ethic. Jordan worked as a welder after graduating from the welding program at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. He had a great love for the Lord and reading his bible, which he did daily. Jordan especially enjoyed working through devotions while growing in his faith. Spending time with his children, listening to music, rooting for the Dallas Cowboys, and watching the New York Yankees.
Jordan is survived by his parents, Stephen James Cook and his wife, Barbara, of San Tan Valley, AZ, and Chrisanne Ishino and her husband, Joe, of Camp Hill, PA. He is also survived by his fiancée, Ashli Sartori, and his children, Mia Cook and Luca Cook. In addition, Jordan is survived by his brothers, Nathan Cook, of Harrisburg, PA and Stephen Cook and his wife, Alexandra, of Mexico City, Mexico.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, beginning at 11:00 AM at Christ Community Church, 1201 Slate Hill Road, Camp Hill, PA, with Pastor Timothy Spirk officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday morning, beginning at 10:00 AM until the time of the service. There will be another opportunity to greet the family and share memories during a luncheon immediately following the service in the social hall of the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to a suicide prevention charity of your choice in honor of Jordan.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Groff-High Funeral Home, New Holland.
