Joyce E. Boley, 70, of 5285 Hammond Rd., New Holland, died unexpectedly Sunday morning at Ephrata Community Hospital. Born in Beartown, she was the daughter of the late John W. Means, Sr. and Marian (Ertz) Means. Joyce had been a long time employee of the former SLC Fashions, Blue Ball and was currently employed at Shady Maple Farm Market. She attended Pequea E. C. Church. Surviving are her four daughters to whom she dedicated her life: Terry L. married to Robert S. Reifsnyder, New Holland; Tina L. married to Kenneth L. Moore, New Holland; Tammy L Boley, with whom she resided; Tracey L. married to Gerald Redcay, New Holland; five grandchildren: Shawn and Samantha Redcay; Brett and Brandon Reifsnyder; and Sarah Moore; her twin brother Bill Means, New Holland and five other siblings: Bruce Means, New Holland; Ken Means, Gordonville; Faye Frank, New Holland; Sharon Diem, Narvon; and Linda Coblentz, Willow St. She will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother Ray Means and a sister Judith Simes. Her funeral will be held on Thursday, March 1 at 2 PM at the Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland. Interment will be in Bridgeville Cemetery. A viewing will be held at Groff-High Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6 8 PM and Thursday from 1 -2 PM.
