Joyce R. Kremer

Joyce R. Kremer, 83, of Denver, passed away at Hospice and Community Care, Mt. Joy, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Joyce was born in Narvon to her late parents, John Walter and Verna (Thomas) Frantz. She was married for forty-one years to the late John E. Kremer until his death in 2003.

Joyce was an avid Redskins, Phillies and Nascar fan. She liked to take cruises, vacations, and camp with her family. Joyce especially enjoyed her hobbies of sweepstaking and going to sweepstake conventions. She loved to cook for family and friends and shower her loved ones with gifts, especially at Christmas time. She enjoyed spending time with her dogs, Bingo and Tippy.

Joyce is survived by her children, David S. Kremer, of Reading, and Jack E. Kremer and his wife Cheryl, of Lancaster. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Nikki A. Kremer, Cobi J. Kremer, Angela Swalley and her husband Ryan, and Alexander Kremer.

In addition to her husband and parents, Joyce was predeceased by her siblings, Cora Weiler, Bessie Buchanan, Roy Frantz, Robert Frantz, John Frantz, Jr, Betty Jane Frantz, Anna Lefever, James Frantz, Paul Frantz, and Helen Brubaker.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM, at Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 West Main Street, New Holland, with Pastor Keith Rodriguez officiating. A viewing will be held beginning at 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will immediately following the funeral service in the United Methodist Cemetery of Churchtown.
