Kenneth G. Heffner

Kenneth G. Heffner, 87, of New Holland, passed away on October 14, 2025, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital. Kenneth was born in Reading, PA, to his late parents, George I. and Marion L. (Heckman) Heffner. His beloved wife, M. Faye (Stoltzfus) Heffner survives at home.

Kenneth loved his family. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and always enjoyed a quick talk with his son after the Eagles played. Kenneth was a member of the Hamburg Lions Club and he and Faye were members of the Community Church at Garden Spot Village. Kenneth proudly served his country as a United States Army veteran. After being honorably discharged from the Army, Kenneth began his extensive career as an equipment operator in the healthcare industry.

In addition to his wife, Kenneth is survived by his children, Michael K. Heffner, of Easton, PA, Troy C. Heffer and his wife Angela, of Hamburg, PA, Bonnie McCormick and her husband J.D., of Colora, MD, Beverly J. Martin, of Morgantown, Brenda Hadden of Morgantown, and David B. Martin and his wife Melissa, of Pittston, PA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Aaron Heffner, Joshua Heffner, Allison Heffner, Peter Heffner and his great grandchildren, Jimmy Fellenbaum and Nate Hadden. In addition, he is survived by his sister, Marlene Bowers, of Hamburg, PA.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 26, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM, in the Chapel at Garden Spot Village, 433 South Kinzer Avenue, New Holland, PA, with Pastor Chet Yoder officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:30 PM. A private inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family with Military Honors at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to the Garden Spot Village Benevolence Fund, 433 South Kinzer Avenue, New Holland, PA 17557.
