Kurt J. Miller Sr.

Kurt J. Miller Sr., 67, of New Holland, passed away on January 22, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Norristown, he was the son of the late Edward Dean Miller Jr. and G. Elaine (Simpson) Miller.

He was a graduate of Wissahickon High School and was employed as a forklift operator for CNH Industrial for many years. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and yard work, watching the Eagles and collecting gnomes. He had a passion for all animals, especially cats. Kurt had prided himself in his sobriety for the last 13 years and his family was extremely proud of him for this accomplishment.

Kurt is survived by his children, Kurt J. Miller Jr., Bryan H. Miller, Nick D. Miller and Sharon E. Miller partner of Matt Duck, three grandchildren, his sister, Jenny (Miller) Thurston wife of Charles “Chip” Thurston and two granddogs.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Edward D. Miller III.

Services will be held private at the convenience of the family.
