Larry N. Fisher

Larry N. Fisher, 87, of Ephrata, died Friday, December 29, 2023, at his home. His wife of 62 years, Donna D. (Grant) Fisher, survives.

Born in Adamstown, he was the son of the late C. Richard and Betty (Binkley) Fisher.

After graduating from Governor Mifflin High School, he served in the Army, stationed in Fairbanks, AK. He then had a 33-year career as a machinist with New Holland Machine Company, retiring under Fiat’s ownership.

Larry enjoyed golfing with friends and Donna. He was an original member and helped to build Brown Point Lodge in Tioga County, where he also enjoyed spending time.

He was also a member of the American Legion, Ephrata Post 429.

In addition to Donna, he is survived by a brother Daniel Fisher, Sarasota, FL.

He was preceded in death by a brother Richard Fisher.
