LaRue A. Breasette, 63, of Ephrata, passed away on December 16, 2025 in his residence.

Born in Williamsport, he was the son of the late Willard Breasette and Bessie Mae (Wimer) Breasette.

He was a heavy equipment operator and a member of the New Holland Legion, the AM Vets and Freedom Path Church in Akron. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

LaRue is survived by his mother, Besse Mae Breasette, children, Alicia L. wife of Kenny C. Schofield and Wade A. Breasette, grandchildren, Wade II, Mason, Lucas, Abel, Eli, Evan, Grant and Raina, sister, Brenda wife of Rick Oswald and his stepmother, Eleanor Breasette.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his sister, Pamela Sutton.

A Celebration of Life will be held at convenience of the family.
