Levi B. Leid

Levi B. Leid, 83, of Terre Hill, passed away on May 20, 2024 in his residence.

Born in Earl Township, he was the son of the late Norman and Anna (Burkholder) Leid

He was the husband of the late Vera M. (Zeiset) Leid, who passed away on March 29, 2024.

He was a member of Martindale Mennonite Church (Groffdale Conference) and was a farmer.

Levi is survived by his children; Elvin (Linda) Leid of Withee WI, Wilmer (Alma) Leid of Denver, PA, John (Esther) Leid of Withee, WI, Norman (Julia) Leid of Thorp, WI, Levi (Linda) Leid of Stanley, WI, Ellen Leid at home and Adam Leid at home, 42 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, three brothers, Adam Leid of Greenwich, OH, Irvin Leid of Greenwich OH and John Leid of Ephrata, PA; and a sister, Anna wife of John Zimmerman of Newville, PA.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, George (Anna), Aaron (Alta), Norman (Susie), Samuel (Mabel) and Alvin (Mary) Leid and sister in laws Judy (Irvin) Leid and Miriam (Adam) Leid.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 9:30 AM at Martindale Mennonite Church, 905 Martindale Road, Ephrata PA 17522 with Bishop Leon N. Zimmerman officiating. A Viewing will be held on Friday May 24, 2024 at 916 Terre Hill Road, East Earl PA 17519 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Burial in the adjoining church cemetery.
