Lloyd G. Good

Lloyd G. Good, 85, of Lititz, formerly of Reamstown, died Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital, after a brief illness.

Born in Terre Hill, he was the son of the late Mahlon and Edna (Good) Good. He was married 64 years on February 16 to Alta (Nolt) Good.

Lloyd worked from 1958 until his retirement in 1994 as a truck driver for Gehman Feed Mill in Denver.

He was a member of Bowmansville Mennonite Church where he taught various Sunday School classes for many years. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two children, Charlotte, married to Ron Knauer of Greenville, SC, and Sidney, married to Cindy (Sauder) Good of Ephrata; a daughter-in-law, Anita Good of Reinholds; 8 grandchildren, Beth Olsen, Janelle Sevilla, Christy Fulfer, Andrew Knauer, Ryan Knauer, Timothy Knauer, Shannon Good, and Nicole Weaver; 12 great grandchildren; a brother, Melvin, married to Sylvia (Sensenig) Good of Ephrata; sister, Willa Mae, married to Luke Sauder, of Ephrata; and a brother-in-law, Marlin, married to Harriet (Good) Eberly of Reinholds.

Preceding him in death is a son, Nelson Good; and a sister, Arlene Eberly.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 10 am at Bowmansville Mennonite Church, 129 Pleasant Valley Road, East Earl, with the Reverend Larry Weber and the Reverend Eugene Zimmerman officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Viewing will be held at the Church on Friday from 5-7 pm and on Saturday from 9-10 am.
