Loretta M. Harnish

Loretta M. (Good) Harnish, 101, of Ephrata, formerly of Strasburg and Lancaster, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Fairmount Home. She was the loving wife of the late Clyde L. “Mike” Harnish, who preceded her in death in 2007.

Born in West Lampeter Township, she was the daughter of Menno S. and Luetta (Myer) Good. She was a member of the First Church of God of Lancaster. With her husband, Loretta owned and operated a Central Market Stand in Lancaster. After her retirement, she managed the gift shop at Lancaster General Hospital where she received an award for outstanding service.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 28 at 2 PM at Fairmount Homes, Wheat Ridge Chapel, 333 Wheat Ridge Dr., Ephrata, PA 17522. Private interment will be held at Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the First Church of God, 344 W. Chestnut St., Lancaster PA 17603.
