Mabel M. Martin, 76, of New Holland, passed away on May 21, 2026, in Iowa. She was born to the late Moses and Anna (Martin) Sensenig. She married Elam Martin on December 9, 1971.

Mabel was a homemaker and a member of Weaverland Mennonite Church-Groffdale Conference.

Surviving are her husband, Elam; six children: Edwin, husband of Eunice (Sauder) Martin of Ionia, Iowa, Ervin, husband of Vera (Nolt) Martin of Ionia, Iowa, Grace Ann of New Holland Pennsylvania, Landis, husband of Nancy (Nolt) Martin of Ionia, Iowa, Lester, husband of Mabel (Zimmerman) Martin and Irene, wife of Lamar Horning; 32 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Mabel was preceded in death by her son, Elam, Jr.; parents; two sisters-in-law: Anna Martin and Ella Martin; and brother-in-law, John Aaron Zimmerman.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, beginning at 9:30 AM at Weaverland Mennonite Church, 1120 Weaverland Road, East Earl, Bishop Marvin Nolt officiating. Viewings will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at the home of Lester Martin, 181 Martin Road, New Holland. Interment will occur in the adjoining church cemetery. Kindly omit flowers.
