Mabel W. Weaver

Mabel W. Weaver, 84, of 4295 Red Well Rd., Kinzers, died on Saturday, October 20 at Fairmount Homes. She is survived by her husband, Enos N. Weaver.

Born in Earl Twp., she was the daughter of the late Jeremiah and Amanda (Weaver) Martin.

She was a homemaker and a member of Pequea Mennonite Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by five children: Marvin married to Ruth Ann Weaver, Selinsgrove; John married to Elaine Weaver, Kinzers; Enos, Jr. married to Anna Mary Weaver, New Holland; Mary Jane married to Curvin Hoover, Kinzers; and Elvin married to Delores Weaver, Kinzers; 18 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; and six siblings: Alta married to Emory Martin; Lydia married to Jacob Nolt; Jere married to Arlene Martin; Frances married to Harlan Martin; Mary married to Elias Stauffer; and Melvin married to Sarah Martin.

She was preceded in death by two brothers: Leroy W. Martin and Louis W. Martin.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, October 25 at 9:15 a.m. at Fairmount Homes Wheat Ridge Chapel with further services at 10 a.m. at Pequea Mennonite Church with Bishop Curvin Zimmerman, Bishop Jeremiah Sensenig, Paul Newswanger and Marlin Zimmerman officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. A viewing will be held at Fairmount Homes Wheat Ridge Chapel on Wednesday from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m. Kindly omit flowers. The Groff-High Funeral Home, New Holland is in charge of arrangements.
