Malcolm L. Boley

Malcolm L. Boley, 77, of New Holland, died Monday, September 29, 2025, at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center. His wife of 51 years, Shelba J. (Hollinger) Boley, survives.

Born in East Earl Twp., he was the son of the late Paul William and Amanda (Sandoe) Boley.

Malcolm spent many years as a woodworker at Conestoga Wood. In his retirement, he and Shelba continued woodworking, making many frames that they sold at the Lititz Park craft show. He also enjoyed going to the casino, going out to eat, and playing cards with his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mandy Lynn married to John H. Sweigart, a step-son, Anthony married to Justine Andes, two granddaughters: Tiffany married to Andrew Mayes and Taylor Sweigart, two great-grandsons: Carter and Parker Mayes, and three siblings: Sharon married to Gerald McEldorney, Deborah Chamberlain, and Ricky L. married to Wilma Boley.

He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tabatha Lynn Sweigart, and six siblings: Robert Boley, Dorothy Bransky, Larry G. Boley, Paul H. Boley, David R. Boley and Vonnie Boley.

His funeral will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland with Pastor Lisa Kurtz officiating. Interment will be in Bridgeville Cemetery.
