MARIE LOUISE THOMPSON

Age 87, of East Earl, PA passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at The Gardens at Stevens. Marie was born in Lower Merion Twp., Montgomery County, PA, the daughter of Albert and Margaret Bunce. Her husband, Theodore “Teddy” Thompson, preceded her in death on April 16, 2006. They shared a life together for 56 years.

Marie and Teddy were the former owners of Romel’s Restaurant, in Fairfax Shopping Center, for 27 years.

Marie is survived by her children and their spouses: Larry Thompson, Claymont, DE, Kathy Hannum, East Earl, PA, Joyce (John) Boehm, Whitehall, PA, Bill (Terry) Thompson, Chadds Ford, PA; 7 loving grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by 4 children, Teddy, Terry, Albert and Hazel.

Private graveside services will be held at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, Delaware.
