Marilyn S Henderson

Marilyn S. “Sue” Henderson, 74, of Terre Hill, died Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at her home. Her husband of 57 years, Robert P. Henderson, survives.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Anne Katula.

Sue was a long-time employee of Pepperidge Farm and a member of New Holland Church of the Nazarene.

She enjoyed ceramics, hiking, camping, fishing, traveling to Florida, yard saling and decorating, including opening her home for Christmas Tours in Terre Hill.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children: Robert J. married to Debra (Messner) Henderson, Terre Hill and Suszanne married to James Zimmerman, Lititz; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and four siblings: James married to Janie Myers, Thomas married to Charlotte Myers, Walter Myers and Christine Henry.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Myers.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 2 p.m. at New Holland Church of the Nazarene, 428 Ranck Rd., New Holland. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hospice & Community Care, P. O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
