Mary Ann Eno

Mary Ann Eno, 66, of Narvon, died Friday, August 23 at Hospice & Community Care, Mt. Joy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred A. Eno in 1989.


Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of the late Norman E. and Anne (Smith) Brower.


She was a graduate of Twin Valley High School and had worked in retail sales for 42 years at the former Kauffman’s Hardware Store in New Holland and most recently at Yoder’s Country Market until her illness.


She was a very active member of the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, TOPS Club, and Scouting and enjoyed cooking, being with family and friends, travelling, and her cats. She was also a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 3376, Ephrata.


Surviving is her son, Christopher M. married to Casey (Baldwin) Eno, at home; two grandsons: Zachary M. and Christopher J. Eno; and a brother Norman E. Brower, Jr., New Holland.


A viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 27 from 7 – 9 p.m. at the Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Kindly omit flowers. If desired, contributions may be sent to the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 753 Mt. Zion Rd., Narvon, PA 17557. Interment will be in Mt. Zion United Methodist Cemetery.
