Mary Stamm

Mary Stamm, 99, of Narvon, died Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center.

Born in Geigertown, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Agnes (Steffy) Groff. Her husband, Charles W. Stamm, died June 30, 1990.

Mary worked for many years at Tom’s Bakery in Bowmansville, now T’n’T Bakery.

She was a member of St. Johns Center United Church of Christ. She loved to cook, read, and watch birds and wildlife.

Surviving is a daughter, Dale Ragan of Narvon; three grandchildren, Richard, Stacey, and Darrin; two great grandchildren, Edward and Christian; and a daughter-in-law, Carol Stamm of Florida.

Preceding her in death is a son, Barry L. Stamm; two sisters, Stella Matz and Dolly Ziemer; and a brother, Alvin Groff.
