Melody Lynn Kohler

Melody Lynn Kohler, 64, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025 in her home in Morgantown, PA. She was the beloved wife of Dean D. Kohler, with whom she shared 43 years of marriage.

Born in Rochester, NY, on December 6, 1960. She was the daughter of the late Harold and Grace (Wiese) Tripp.

Melody was a homemaker and a member of Christian Fellowship Church in New Holland. She loved the Lord and spending time in her Bible. She loved her family and prayed for them daily. Melody loved life and cherished every moment.

Melody is lovingly remembered by her husband, Dean; her children, Ashley (Will) News, Tanner (Kelly) Kohler, Matthew (Samantha) Kohler, Lindsey (Tyler) Murphy, Joshua Kohler, Anthony (Mia) Kohler, Alexis (Connor) Kohler; 12 grandchildren; and three siblings, Sandy (Karl) Bernstiel, Buster (Karen) Tripp, and Robin (Jamie) Chinnici.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 16, at 11:00 A.M. at Christian Fellowship Church, 758 Spruce Road, New Holland, PA with the Rev. Dr. Douglas C. Bozung officiating, Friends may greet the family at the church on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Christian Fellowship Church.
