Michael Zacarias Forbes, stillborn son of Ryan and Caitlyn (Wissinger) Forbes of Akron, on March 26, 2018 at UPMC Pinnacle Lititz.

Surviving in addition to his parents are two brothers, Cayden and Cameron; maternal grandparents, Alan & Anita Wissinger; and paternal grandmother, Cindy Forbes, widow of Richard.
