Michael Lamar Zimmerman

Michael Lamar Zimmerman, 9, of Stevens, PA, died unexpectedly on Friday, February 13, 2015.

Born in Stevens, he was the son of Lamar and Nancy (Nolt) Zimmerman of Stevens.

Michael is survived by his parents; his two sisters, Kathryn and Samantha; his grandparents, Abram and Mary Ellen (Nolt) Zimmerman and Raymond and Kathryn (Horning) Nolt; his great-grandparents Esther (Zimmerman) Zimmerman, Alan Nolt, and Rufus Nolt; and many cousins, uncles, and aunts. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Elmer Zimmerman, Mary (Horst) Nolt, Bernice (Weaver) Nolt, John B. Horning, Katie (Hurst) Horning, and Emma (Hurst) Horning; and a great-aunt, Erma (Nolt) Weaver.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 9 AM at the Martindale Fellowship Center, 352 Martindale Road, Ephrata, with further services at 9:30 AM at the Martindale Mennonite Church, 905 Martindale Rd., Ephrata, with the Bishop Amos G. Martin officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Viewing will be held on Wednesday at the Fellowship Center from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Kindly omit flowers.
