Milford S. Mast

Milford S. Mast, beloved husband and father, entered into rest suddenly on August 24, 2012, at his home in Elverson. He was 83 years old.

Born in Morgantown, he was the son of the late Jacob and Ada Mast.

Milford came from a farming background and later became passionate about sales and marketing. He designed and was awarded patents for a natural air grain drying system called Aero Dry.

Milford is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ruth, and four children: Carol A. Swailes (Brett); David L. Mast (Janet); Dennis L. Mast and Janet M. Boerema (Chuck); 11 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and six siblings.

He was preceded in death by a son, Galen.

His funeral will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Hopewell Christian Fellowship. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the Beck Funeral Home, 315 E. Main St., New Holland, on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 10-11 a.m. Condolences may be posted on our website,www.groffeckenroth.com
