N. Jackson Brosius

N. Jackson Brosius, 83, of Ephrata, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at his home.

Born in Pitman, PA, the son of the late Norwood A. and E. Pauline (Romberger) Brosius. He was married 39 years on May 26 to Ethel (Glick) Brosius.

Jack worked as an electrical technician for 27 years with Unisys, until 1990. He worked as a contractor for the government for 2 years. Then he worked in Post Offices, retiring from Reading in 2008.

Jack attended Bethany Grace Fellowship in East Earl and enjoyed traveling and reading. He served in the US Navy from 1955-1957.

Surviving, are three children and their mother Marjorie (Hill) Pickel, Elizabeth, married to Paul Silva of Unionville, Eric, married to Susan (Lindenmuth) Brosius of Levittown, and Joel Brosius of Auburn, GA; his wife, Ethel and her three children, Eugene DeHaven of Lancaster, David, married to Patricia (Plesnarski) DeHaven of Tobyhanna, and Dawn, married to Jerry Ortiz of Elizabethtown; eight grandchildren, Brittany, Hillary, Kathlene, Allen, Christopher, Jessica, Rebecca, and Nicole; and six great grandchildren, Darrian, Owen, Jacob, Jordon, Kinslee, and Mekhi.

Preceding him in death is a son, Randolph Brosius in 1992.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 24 at 11 am at Bethany Grace Fellowship, 400 Reading Road, East Earl, PA 17519. The family will receive friends at the Church on Monday from 10-11 am.
