Nancy N. Supplee, 82, of New Holland, PA, a remarkable woman who lived a life filled with love, dedication to family, and a deep commitment to her community, peacefully passed away on Saturday, June 29th, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Nancy was the daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy Neilson. At the young age of 19, she married Robert Supplee and embraced the role of a devoted mother to their four children. Nancy spent most of her early years in Malvern, PA, where she not only managed a bustling household but also excelled in the arts. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to fulfill her dream of opening a gift shop, The Gift Tag, where she showcased her artistic talents and poured her love into the business. Her dedication and hard work paid off, as she successfully opened two locations and reveled in the challenges and rewards of being a business owner. Nancy enjoyed traveling (especially to visit family), reading and volunteering. Nancy volunteered for many years at CVIM (Community Volunteers in Medicine) in West Chester, PA.
Nancy was a devoted mother to four loving children, Bob (Dana) of Phoenixville, PA, Kim (Steve) of Chester Springs, PA, Mark (Susan) of West Chester, PA, and Todd (Michelle) of Austin, TX. She was blessed with 9 grandchildren, Kyle, Hannah, Cassidy, Ryan, Nick, Emily, Lauren, Keila and Chace, her siblings Tom, Karen and Carol and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Nancy was known for her vibrant personality, infectious energy, and unwavering spirit. She had a remarkable ability to find humor and joy in every situation, and her love for people was boundless. Whether she was spending time with family, connecting with friends, or being a pillar of support within her community, Nancy's presence brightened the lives of those around her. Her unconditional love and incredible capacity to see the best in people made her an exceptional daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, and neighbor. In her later years, Nancy moved to New Holland, PA, where she quickly formed deep friendships and became actively involved in various volunteer activities. Her dedication and passion for making a difference in her new community were truly inspiring.
Her former husband and father of her four children, Robert Supplee remains a true part of the family to this day. Anyone who knew Nancy will remember her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love. Her absence leaves an immense void that will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Nancy's life serves as a testament to the power of family bonds, as well as the importance of compassion and generosity. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of her children, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with her.
A private memorial service will be held to honor and celebrate Nancy's life, bringing together close family and friends to share their cherished memories and pay tribute to a woman who touched so many lives.
