Noah J. Raber

Noah J. Raber, 74, of Ephrata, PA passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026 at Fairmount Homes.

He was the husband of the late Gloria M. Raber with whom he shared 51 years of marriage. Born in Tuscarawas County, OH, he was the son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Miller) Raber of Barrs Mills, OH.

Noah was a member of New Life Fellowship in Holmesville, OH.

He is survived by 5 children: Joel, husband of Linda (Sensenig) Raber of Ephrata, PA; Lisa, wife of Daniel VanPelt of Leetonia, OH; Sheldon, husband of Rhoda (Zimmerman) Raber of Arthur, IL; Monica, wife of Brian Dennis of Newcomerstown, OH; Conrad, husband of Krista (Goff) Raber of Bridge City, TX. In addition, he is survived by 28 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; 2 sisters – Gertrude Hall of Sugarcreek, OH, and Elizabeth Yoder of Millersburg, OH; 2 brothers – Jonas, of Dundee, OH, and Daniel, of Brule, NE.

He was preceded in death by his wife and parents, 3 sisters – Mary, Edna, and Clara, and 4 brothers – John Henry, Elmer, Robert, and Joseph Jr.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 1, at 10:00 AM at Wheat Ridge Chapel, Fairmount Homes, 333 Wheat Ridge Drive, Ephrata, PA with Bishop Mose Miller officiating. Interment in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery. A viewing will be held at Wheat Ridge Chapel on Sunday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
