Norma M. Martin

Norma M. Martin, 72, peacefully passed away at Lincoln Christian Home, on August 17, 2026.

Born June 2, 1954, in Lititz, she was the daughter of the late H. Landis and Anna N. Martin Martin.

Norma was a member of Mount Pleasant Mennonite Church for many years. She was last employed as a receptionist for Life Ministries where she had worked for 33 years.

She is survived by one brother, Earl (Mildred) Martin of Myerstown; and six sisters, Vera (John) Nolt of Ephrata, Edna (Late Amos) Martin of Ephrata, Miriam Martin of Ephrata, Laverne (John) Fox, of Denver, Anna Mae (Elvin) Hoover of Newmanstown, and Erla (Merle) Martin of Lititz; three sisters-in-law, Eva Jane Martin of Newmanstown, Elaine Martin of Lititz, and Mabel Martin of Lititz. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, Harlan, John Elam, Elvin, Wilmer and Raymond, two sisters-in-law, Emma Martin and Barbara Martin and by a brother-in-law, Amos Martin.

The family would like to thank the staff at Lincoln Christian Home for the kind, compassionate care given to Norma.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 21, at 10:00 A.M. at Mt. Pleasant Mennonite Church, corner of Mt. Pleasant and White Oak Roads, Paradise, PA with ministers Larry Garman, Vernon Fox, Cleason Sensenig and Larry Weaver officiating. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. A Viewing will be held on Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Pleasant Valley Mennonite Church, 140 Pleasant Valley Road, Ephrata, and at Mt. Pleasant Mennonite Church on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Arrangements by the Eckenroth Home for Funerals, Terre Hill, PA.
