Pearl E. Zimmerman

Pearl E. (Heilinger) Zimmerman, 80, of East Earl passed away on June 24, 2024 at Magnolias at Lancaster.

Born in Denver, she was the daughter of the late William I. Heilinger Sr. and Edna E. (Sweigart) Heilinger.

She was the wife of Mervin B. Zimmerman, with whom she shared 60 years of marriage.

She had been attending Bridgeville Evangelical Church. She was a graduate of Cocalico High School, class of 1962 and was employed as a seamstress. She enjoyed quilting, puzzles and reading. For several years, she was a member of the former singing group, Living Waters.

Pearl is survived by her husband, her son, Mervin Ray husband of Lori Zimmerman of Ephrata, son in law, David Rush of CA, grandchildren, Joshua M. Zimmerman husband of Janae of Lititz, Jeremiah R. Zimmerman of Ephrata and Jalisa E. wife of Jason Mowery of Ephrata, great grandchildren, Kelsey, Owen and Carson Zimmerman and her sisters, Rosanna wife of Samuel Gray and Kathy wife of Wayne Runk.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Marsha Rose Rush, brother, William I. Heilinger Jr. and sisters, Dorothy Miller and Faye Burkholder.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Bridgeville Evangelical Church, 5971 Division Highway, Narvon PA 17555 with Pastor Kirk Wolf officiating. A viewing will be held for one hour prior to the time of service. Interment following the service in Memory Gardens.
