R. Donald Weaver

R. Donald Weaver, 77, of 680 W. Main St., New Holland, died Friday, November 5, 2010 at his home after a lengthy illness. Born in Blue Ball, he was the son of the late S. Roy and Mary E. (Stuber) Weaver. He would have been married 52 years on November 23 to Janet C. (Diem) Weaver. He owned and operated Weaver’s Ceramic Mold, Inc. in New Holland for 46 years, retiring in 2004 and he has been attending LCBC. Surviving in addition to his wife is a son, Thomas, married to Shelleen (Derrick) Weaver of New Holland; and five grandchildren, Brady, Caitlin, Tyler, Sierra, and Savannah. Preceding him in death is a daughter, Tami Jill Weaver, in 2006. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 10 at 10 am at the Beck Funeral Home, 315 E. Main St., New Holland with the Reverends Don Pickell, Matt Goss, and John Hanlon officiating. Interment will be in the Weaverland Mennonite Cemetery.
