R. Scott Shenk

R. Scott Shenk, 73, of Ronks, passed away at home, on Saturday, November 11, 2023.

He was married 21 years to Jane Stoltzfus Shenk. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Robert K. and Freda Browning Shenk.

Scott had been an electrician with the IBEW. He enjoyed music and was a member of the Red Coleman and the Blue Mountain Express Band. In his spare time, he enjoyed restoring cars.

Surviving besides his wife is a sister, Carol Shenk Johnson and a brother, Robert Michael Shenk.

The family would like to thank the friends, neighbors, Hospice and Community Care, and family that supported them in the past few months.

A Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 15, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Groff High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main Street, New Holland, PA. A musical tribute conducted by Scott’s friends will take place at 7:30 PM. Interment in Conestoga Memorial Park will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
