Randolph R. Blank

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Randolph (Randy) Blank, age 62, of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 18, 2025.

Randy was born on September 17, 1962, to Ellamae Blank and Dale Blank, both of whom preceded him in death. Previously married to Michelle Weicksel of Peach Bottom. He was a proud veteran, a mechanic, a former member of the Ephrata Lions Club, a cancer survivor, a father, a grandfather, and a friend.

Randy is survived by his half-sister, Nadine Patterson (married to Kenneth Patterson); his children, Cortley Fisher (wife to Josh Fisher), Eric Blank (husband to Sue Blank), and James Blank (husband to Susan Blank); six grandchildren, Christopher, Autumn, Austin, Caiden, Samuel, and Wesley; and three great-grandsons.

Randy was passionate about racing, camping, old rock n roll, rooting for his Steelers & his family. He loved driving his race car at the dirt track, a life long dream achieved later in life. He enjoyed camping at the top of the hill at Starlite Campground so he could see the 4th of July fireworks. He was known as a talker and he could talk your ear off about anything. He loved his family and was known within as the man who “always showed up”. His dedication, kindness, and love for his family will never be forgotten.

A private family ceremony & a celebration will be held at a later date to honor Randy’s life and legacy.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, the Cancer Foundation, local VA, Ephrata Lions Club, or a charity of your choice in his memory.
