Raymond L. Lane

Raymond Leland Lane, 55, of Clay Township, was called by his Father to his heavenly home on Sunday, September 28, 2014.

Born in Coatesville, PA, he was the son of the late Raymond L. and Bessie (Scott) Lane.

Raymond was an electrician and a social member of the Amvets of Ephrata. He enjoyed woodworking, hiking, and spending time with his loved ones.

Raymond is survived by two sons; Petty Officer Lane, Christapher M., USN, and his wife Rebekah, of Virginia Beach, VA., and Petty Officer Lane, Daniel W., USN, and his wife Glynda, of Rota, Spain; a grandson, Viktor Lane, son of Daniel; a fiancée, Rosemary S. Weidman; a brother-in-law, Gary Mieczkowski; a nephew, Chad Mieczkowski; a niece, Tara Townsend; and a loving dog, Scooter. Raymond was preceded in death by two sisters, Carolyn Killian and Mary Mieczkowski, as well as his parents.
