Raymond L. Wertz

Raymond “Booty” L. Wertz, 82, of Narvon, passed away on May 22, 2024 at The Garden at Stevens.

Born in Narvon, he was the son of the late Clarence Howard and Grace Kathryn (Weller) Wertz.

He was the husband of Cindy E. (Pennabaker) Wertz, whom he married on October 16, 1979.

In previous years, he worked for various garages in the area.

Booty is survived by his wife Cindy, sons, Raymond L. Wertz Jr and Robert L. Wertz, brother, Earl wife of Barbara Wertz and sister Patsy widow of Ernest Hooper.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Paul Wertz, James Wertz, Clarence H. Wertz Jr., Charles Wertz, Marion Sheaffer and Doris Fryberger.
