Rebecca L. Summers

Rebecca L. (Stanley) Summers, 69, of New Holland, passed away on June 19, 2026.

Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late P. Fred and Helen (Groff) Stanley.

She was the fiancé of Ray L. Welk, who passed on August 18, 2024.

She enjoyed going to the beach, going on cruises, floating in the pool, hanging out with her sisters, working on puzzles and spending time with her two grandsons. She had worked for ACME markets for 48 ½ years, retiring in 2021.

Rebecca is survived by her children, Jeffrey A. Summers and Brynn A. Schreiber wife of Josh E. Schreiber, grandsons, Colin Schreiber and Lucas Schreiber and her sisters, Shirley Hirst wife of John, Joyce Garver and Denise Bair.

In addition to her parents and fiancé, she is preceded in death by her brother, James Stanley.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Beck Funeral Home, 315 E Main Street, New Holland PA 17557. A Memorial Service will begin at 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
