Richard P. Kurtz

Richard P. Kurtz, 73, of New Holland, died peacefully and unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, February 4, 2015.

Born in New Holland, he was the son of the late William and Margaret (Wanner) Kurtz.

He loved animals and was a self-employed farm hand. He also loved his grandson.

Surviving are three children, Stacy Kurtz of Ephrata, Corey Kurtz of Reading, and Bill Kurtz of New Holland; a grandson, Cayden Kurtz of New Holland; a sister, Louise Trolier of Selma, CA; and a brother, Ted, married to Esther Kurtz of Ephrata.

Preceding him in death is a son, Michael Kurtz.
