Robert M. Melnick

Robert M. "Bob” Melnick, 62, of New Holland, died unexpected on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at his home.

Born in Brooklyn, NY he was the son of the late Costy and Matilda (Stankevich) Melnick.

He was currently working at Equestrian International in New Holland and was a member of the New Holland American Legion.

Bob was a rare individual who had an eye for the unusual and a unique vision of life. He had an artistic flair with an interest in the arts. He was a master pin-striper.

He will be remembered as a thoughtful man who sent random gifts, cards and items of interest to family members. He believed in living a simple life and enjoyed working with his hands. He will be missed.

Surviving are three sisters, April Grinaway, married to Jeff of Mechanicsburg, Margaret Femia, married to Rocco of Hudson NH, and Donna Melnick of Mt Carmel; two Nieces, Kristi Wagner and Amity Mickett, married to John; a Nephew, Will Femia, married to Krista Rizzo; two great Nephews, Wyatt Femia and Elias Femia; and a great Niece, Thea Mickett.
