Ronald E Moore

Ronald E. Moore, 59, of Morgantown, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 4, 2022.

Born in Ephrata, he was the son of the late Emerson and Mary A. (Milshaw) Moore.

Ronald was a hard worker who enjoyed his job as an excavator. What he loved the most was running heavy equipment, he said “it never felt like work”. He loved the outdoors, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and hiking through the woods. He also enjoyed Motorcycles and Motorcycle racing of all types. He was always interested in learning new things on a daily basis. He was a very loving father, he always stopped what he was doing to make sure his kids were okay and everything they needed was taken care for. He always tried to stay positive during hard times.

Surviving are two sons: Cody Moore and Wyatt Moore, both of Morgantown, five siblings: Donna Martin, Mohnton, Michael married to Rita Moore, Mohnton, Cynthia married to Steven Clawges, Wernersville, Richard Moore, Birdsboro, and Steven married to Sherry Moore, Morgantown.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Emerson P. Moore, Jr. and Carl Moore.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday May 21st at 11am at Caernarvon Cemetery, Morgantown. The Eckenroth Home for Funerals, Terre Hill is in charge of arrangements.
