Roy C. Schroll, Jr., 95, formerly of New Holland, passed away on January 5, 2026, at UPMC Lititz. Roy was born in Rohrerstown to his late parents, Roy C. and Jennie (Brandt) Schroll. His beloved wife, Bertha Frysinger Schroll passed away on March 1, 2018.

Following graduation, Roy began his career at Sperry New Holland. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his loving family, especially his dear wife “Bert.” In his spare time, Roy enjoyed traveling, ballroom dancing, reading, and music. Following the death of his beloved wife, Roy found a profound sense of community and support from his neighbors at Brethren Village.

Roy is survived by a host of loving nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, Roy was pre-deceased by his son, Craig Schroll (March 10th, 2011) and several siblings.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday afternoon, February 21st, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Brethren Village, 3001 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Reverend Dana Statler will be officiating. The family will receive guests at the chapel immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to the Good Samaritan Fund of Brethren Village Attn: Development Dept., 3001 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543.
