On September 13, 2026, our mom, Mammaw, mentor and friend, Ruth Ann (Leaman) Stauffer, went home to be with Jesus. She leaves behind brothers & sisters, sons & daughters, grandkids, and a great granddaughter, as well as countless others who consider her just as much a mom, Mammaw, mentor and friend. She is finally reunited with her beloved husband, Al, and daughter, Jan, and many other loved ones who went before her. Her strength, wisdom, love, & humor will be greatly missed but, we also know, she will never stop praying for us and cheering us on even though she’s no longer with us. You are finally home, mom. We love you! A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Ephrata Community Church, 70 Clay School Drive, Ephrata, on Monday, September 28. Visitation will be held at 9:00 AM with the service following at 11:00 AM. Refreshments will be served following the service. The internment service will be private and held at another time.
