Ruth B. Hoover

Ruth B. Hoover, 67, of Fleetwood died Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at her home. Her husband, Philip G. Hoover, preceded her in death.

Born in Stevens, she was the daughter of Lena (Burkholder) Nolt, Ephrata, and the late John M. Nolt.

She was a member of Blandon Mennonite Fellowship.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by five siblings and their spouses: John B. Nolt husband of Lucy (Horning) Nolt, Denver; Anna Mary Martin, wife of Marlin Martin, Fredericksburg; Emma Weber, wife of Henry Weber, East Earl; David B. Nolt, husband of Kathy (Bowman) Nolt, East Earl; Martha Wenger, wife of Ivan Wenger, Ephrata; and many nephews, nieces, and great nephews and nieces.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 10 a.m. at the Myerstown Mennonite Church, 624 North College St., Myerstown. Interment will be in the adjoining church cemetery. A viewing will be held on Monday from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Eckenroth Home for Funerals, 209 E. Main St., Terre Hill and at the church on Tuesday from 9 – 10 a. m. Kindly omit flowers.
