Ruth E. Hibshman

Ruth E. Hibshman, 65, of 1660 Lincoln Rd., Lititz, died Wednesday, August 21 at Hershey Medical Center. Her husband of 43 years, Victor L. Hibshman, survives.

Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Alma (Doutrich) Brendle, Goodville and the late Melvin Brendle.

She as a homemaker and a member of New Haven Mennonite Church.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by three daughters: Dawn Hibshman, Lititz; Diane Hibshman, Lititz, and Darla married to Lester Leid, Mohnton; five grandchildren; a brother Eugene Brendle, Colorado; and two sisters: Lois married to Leroy Gehman, Denver and Dorothy Martin, Ephrata.

She was preceded in death by a son Duane Hibshman.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, Aug. 26 at 10 a.m. at New Haven Mennonite Church, 230 Crest Rd., Lititz with Glen Fox, Amos Hurst, Lynford Rutt and LeRoy Martin officiating. Interment in Indiantown Mennonite Cemetery. A viewing will be held at New Haven Mennonite Church on
