Ryan N. Umble

Ryan N. Umble, 7, of 103 Bridle Path, New Holland, died unexpectedly on November 12, 2012 at the Hershey Medical Center, passing into the loving arms of Jesus while surrounded by his family.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Korey and Cathy (Smoker) Umble.

Ryan was in second grade at Blue Ball Elementary School. He loved playing Wii, riding his bike, playing sports and playing with his sister, Kaylie. He was a kind, considerate and generous boy who made a final contribution through the Gift of Life organ donation program.

He will be lovingly missed by his parents and sister as well as maternal grandparents, David and Rachel (Martin) Smoker of New Holland; paternal grandparents, Gerald and Darlene (Martin) Umble of New Holland; paternal great-grandparents, Milton and Velma (Sensenig) Martin of New Holland; and paternal great-grandmother, Fern (Stoltzfus) Umble of Lititz. He will also be missed by uncle Keith and Linda Umble of Leola and their children, Alex and Lauren; uncle Chad Umble of Lancaster; aunt Stacy and David Richardson of Denver and their son, Carter; and aunt Margie Hall of Refton, PA, and her children, Camren, Dylan, Logan, and Devin.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 16 at 10 am at Petra Christian Fellowship, 565 Airport Road, New Holland with the Reverend Lester Zimmerman and the Reverend Titus Kauffman officiating. Interment will be in the Petra Memorial Park. Viewing will be held at the Church on Thursday from 6-8 pm and on Friday from 9-10 am.
